Inner packaging

For  brass ball valve ,we used nylon bags do  inner packaging , Nylon bag can reduce oxidation occurred , To prevent rust And keep the brass luster. 

Retail packaging 

We put 25 pcs of  brass ball  valve in one carton box . Ensure that a sufficient quantity ,and protect goods in transfer.

Transfer packaging

For  export  we put  goods in   Moisture-proof packaging ,and  put  wooden box  out side . Ensure that the product in transit in good condition.

For  sample  order  we  usually  transfer by express,like FedEX  UPS   TNT and  China  EMS . usually  you  can  get  samples in  one week . and  if  you need  ,we can provide  1-3  pcs sampes by  free.

Installation Instructions

A1	Computer control cutting machine:cut the raw material in to pieces ,and computer control make sure that  The smallest error .
A2	Die casting machine: after cut the raw material we put the brass pieces into  Die casting machine. and make the brass into valve body .
A3	Cleaning :we cleaning the valve body from Die casting machine and choose good quality valve body to do the next processing.
B1	CNC control make threads :we use CNC machine make threads of valve . in this step workers must use threads guage check  to check threads  10 times  per hour .
B2	Drill hole:we use drilling machine to make hole on valve rod , after drill the hole we use drill machine make inner threads for valve rod to wedding with valve handle .
B3	High quality silicone :Workers in Assembly shop  put high quality silicone in to brass valve body ,and check the inner surface of valve body.
C1	Valve ball :we support three types of valve ball ,braas ball ,steel ball ,and stainless steel ball ,it means we can provide more different combinations  for customer.
C2	Pneumatic screw machine : we use  Pneumatic screw machine to tighten the scrow inside of valve .make sure enough  close between silicone and valve ball .
C3	Handle wedding :workers wedding the brass ball valve handle and valve rod  with screw ,in this step  workers will check the threads of valve rod , also we can provide brass valve rod and steel valve rod .
D1	Tighten the screws :works use  Electric screwdriver to tighten the screw , and use wrench check every screw , ensure cloose  between brass valve handle and valve rod.
D2	Pressure tester:to ensure high quality .we test brass ball valve one by one  ,check the pressure and enusre there is no leakage .
D3	packaging:after pressure tester we packaging the conforming product  into nylon bags and carton .

1. How to Order?

 

Normally the customer can order our products by platform or contact  us representative by Email. After receiving your message, our sales will confirm with you about the specification or other required things, then RELAB will send an official invoice to you via mail, which will be included the details of your order and bank information named RIXIN with a stamp and signed by manager. 

 

2. How to Pay?

 

We accept the payment via ESCROW, T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union, even Paypal or Credit card and L/C . Please inquire us about the details in advance. 

In 2-4 working days, the payment will be transferred into our account. 
 

 

3. How to Deliver?

 

After paying, you will know a delivery time from our official invoice, the package will be sent or delivered within that schemed time. we often arrange the delivery via DHL, UPS, Hong Kong Post, China Post or EMS. DHL international express is our preferred method.

In order to the package secure, RELAB doesn't deliver the package via any transport agent.  We can also select other ways in that case of customer request; it is also available to ship the package as per appointed forwarder or picking it up via freight collection.

4. How to return?
